Faculty whose primary appointment is elsewhere but who have strong connections to our program (typically a below-the-line appointment in Political Science). These people are not involved in our academic hiring or admissions but they form a valuable part of our teaching and research missions. Many of their courses are cross-listed in Political Science and they are often involved in graduate prospectus and dissertation committees in our department.
